COVID-19: Top Draw Business Continuity Plan for Edmonton Businesses
Clients, partners, and fellow community leaders,
We’d like to take this opportunity to let you know what our office will look like over the next 30 days in response to current events surrounding COVID-19. Effective Monday, March 16, Top Draw will be implementing our remote work policy as a proactive measure to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners.
Our team is fully equipped to work remotely and we anticipate little to no disruption. We will remain “open for business”, committed to working on all new and existing project(s). You can continue to reach your Top Draw contacts through email or phone – by contacting our main office at 780/429/9993.
All in-person meetings will shift to a digital environment which will be rescheduled with call-in details by your respective Account Manager, or Top Draw team member. Future meetings will follow the same protocol to ensure we maintain continued protection of our employees, clients and prospects alike.
As we work to align with the recommendations and updated changes from the World Health Organization (WHO), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and Alberta Health Services (AHS), we appreciate your patience and understanding while we manage this situation and work through unforeseen obstacles. We will continue to keep our communication up to date, as new information is available.
For additional information, please use our customer care center email at: admin@topdraw.com. Please also follow our official social media channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram.
Below are some FAQ’s we hope may answer any immediate questions:
1. How do I connect with my Top Draw contact?
Contact your Top Draw partners during local business hours via direct email, admin@topdraw.com, or phone 780/429/9993. Customer Care will maintain its established availability through its usual communication channels and hours, including email and telephone.
2. Could the temporary remote policy be extended?
Yes. Top Draw’s management will continue to monitor and remain up to date on the COVID-19 situation. If determined, a continuation of the temporary remote work will be updated. Clients will receive communications of any changes.
3. Will business or project plans be adjusted based on this temporary remote work update?
Top Draw’s leaders monitor the business plans on an ongoing basis to identify and execute solutions to support attaining your project objectives. Managers and our Operational Excellence team will review and determine steps we can take to ensure we attain project deadlines as planned.
4. Are we moving forward with our meetings as planned?
Yes. However, moving forward all internal and external meetings will be executed through virtual platforms. Information to call in and participate in “online meetings” will be disseminated by your Account Manager or Top Draw contact. We will continue to address accounts and meetings individually and will communicate any changes, if required, appropriately.
Thank you for your patience and trust in Top Draw. We are working hard to ensure continuity of your projects and accounts while enforcing proactive measures to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners in these unique times.
Sincerely,
Ken Jurina
